White label & OEM separators
Complete separator ranges built to your specification and finished in your identity: labels, colours, documentation and packaging. From a single unit to a full catalogue.
OEM service kits
Every Purotech separator has a matched service kit: simply a full replacement bag kit or cartridge, supplied as a single part number, so the replacement is exactly what left the factory.
Third-party compatible kits
Drop-in service kits for separators from other manufacturers, built on our own filtration media. One supplier for your whole installed base, whoever originally made it.
Progressive filtration. No moving parts.
Oily condensate enters at the top under its own pressure. Gravity and the filtration media do the rest; there is no pump, no float and no control system to service.
Pre-filtration and bulk separation
The inlet stage takes out free oil and particulate, and slows the flow so the condensate arrives at the main media evenly rather than as a stream.
Final polishing
Filter 2 removes the smaller oil droplets, polishing to better than the accepted 20 ppm legal limit for up to 4,000 operating hours. Cleaned water leaves through the outlet standpipe; a sample point lets you verify it before discharge.

PURE Line
Our OEM-facing range, specified by compressor motor rating as well as flow, from 15 kW to 1,100 kW. AF variants are available where PAG lubricants are in use.

All Purotech oil/water separators are designed to meet or exceed current environmental legislation when correctly selected and installed. All capacities assume well-maintained compressor plant running on mineral or mineral-based lubricants. For PAG lubricants, use AF models where applicable, or reduce capacity by up to 50%. OEM service kits
Every separator in our range ships with a matched kit part number: a full replacement bag kit or cartridge, rated to be changed in under five minutes; everything the unit needs at a service, and nothing it doesn't. AF kits are available across the range and retrofit to standard units without modification.
Third-party compatible kits
We manufacture drop-in kits for separators built by other companies, using our own filtration media rather than activated carbon. If you maintain a mixed fleet, you can consolidate it onto one supplier and one lead time.
